Recently, I've thought about practical challenges in Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) measurements and developed a comprehensive framework addressing these issues across diverse measurement scenarios. Recognizing its significance in the field, I submitted the manuscript to several editorial offices. Unfortunately, it was rejected without review due to various reasons. I've now placed the manuscript in a reprint service, hoping to receive valuable feedback from fellow experts in the field.
